He advises and litigates for entrepreneurs and companies in the real estate sector on a variety of construction and real estate disputes, in order to resolve them both in and out of court. Lex studied law in Leiden and was sworn in as a lawyer in 1986. In 1996 he was one of the founders of Van Till. He completed both the Grotius course in Real Estate Law and in Administrative Law and is a member of the European Law Group.
