He advises and negotiates on transaction documentation, including share purchase and shareholder agreements, as well as conducting and coordinating (vendor) due diligence investigations, independently or in cooperation with international firms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Robbert studied both Dutch law and business administration at Radboud University in Nijmegen and completed the Grotius corporate law course.
