In doing so, he always puts the resolution of the dispute, including the normalization of mutual relations, first and foremost. Rogier studied law in Nijmegen, followed the full 1-year curriculum of the Grotius Academy and obtained his &#8216;examen d&#8217;aptitude du barreau de Paris&#8217; which allows him to act as a lawyer in France as well.
