Their mission was to provide high-level legal services within a personal and friendly atmosphere. Those principles are still of paramount importance to us.&lt;br>&lt;br>Our team consists of experienced partners who &#8211; like the founders &#8211; made the transition from large international firms, together with experienced lawyers and young talent. Our firm has grown in size since its founding, but we still consciously and consistently opt for the human dimension within our team in order to ensure that we adhere to the principles of our firm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h3>&lt;strong>National and international expertise&lt;\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Our clients include national and international companies, as well as investment funds, government- and other public institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our expertise in commercial contracts, corporate M&amp;A, private equity, employment law, insolvency law, litigation, administrative law, procurement law, home owners\u2019 associations and real estate, makes us a one stop shop, also for issues in day-to-day business operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have been working with many of our clients for a long time.
